On September 6, 1998, the NY Times published an in-depth look at the Espada-Rosado campaign written by Jonathan Hicks. I had peviously provided a view of that article here.

The N.Y. Times has taken the position that the providing of a copy on web page violates there copyright. I'm not sure they're right - witness the number of clippings reproduced in political literature. However, I have no intention of litigating this issue with them and have removed the article.
